New Jersey Dome Seven new environmental and energy bills are pending introduction in the 
New Jersey Legislature. The Assembly bills below will be introduced
today.
The Senate bills will be introduced on Jan. 31, 2011


A-3750 Holzapfel, J.W. (R-10) 
Provides State income tax credit for removal of lawns near Barnegat Bay.
A-3751 Vainieri Huttle, V. (D-37)
Concerns environmental permits in low-income, minority communities.

A-3756 Lampitt, P.R. (D-6)
Provides tax credits to certain businesses for certain capital investment in qualified business facilities and qualified residential projects located in vicinity of designated transit villages.
S-2646 Cunningham, S.B. (D-31)
Authorizes incinerator authorities to perform sanitation, public works, and environmental services.

S-2658 Greenstein, L.R. (D-14) Expands programs in BPU to include low-interest loans and grants to municipalities for energy efficient programs and innovative energy technologies. Related Bill: A-2218

S-2661 Vitale, J.F. (D-19); Whelan, J. (D-2)
Provides for transfer and sale of inactive liquor licenses for use in qualifying smart growth municipalities.

S-2663 Oroho, S.V. (R-24)
