Philadelphia Inquirer photographer Tyger Williams captured a man using a snow blower to clear out the sidewalk along Larchwood Avenue in West Philadelphia on Tuesday. The Philly area was expecting an additional 4 to 6 inches today after last week’ storm that was the largest in the region in five years.
