After several years of looking for the right buyer, a Bergen County mansion has officially sold — and for top dollar, at that.

The Hamptons-style Dutch Colonial at 23 E. Denison Drive in Saddle River, described as being “akin to a luxury resort,” changed hands for a $9.25 million price tag on Aug. 17.

The sale is the highest-priced single-family residential sale reported by the NJMLS so far in 2026, and ranks fourth among the top five residential sales reported by the NJMLS since Jan. 1, 2024.

Michele Kolsky of The Kolsky Team at Coldwell Banker Realty and Jason Pierce of the New Jersey Proper Team at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty represented the home’s seller, while Max Stokes of Max Stokes Real Estate at Keller Williams Village Square Realty represented the home’s buyer.
