The Senate Environment and Energy Committee will focus its attention, with one exception, on energy bills when it meets at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, in Room 10 of the State House Annex in Trenton.

A-3849 Requires BPU to provide consumer information on third-party electric power and gas supplier pricing and services.
A-3850 Requires BPU to establish procedures allowing electric power and gas supplier customers to switch energy suppliers.
A-3851 Imposes contract standards between customers and third-party electric power and gas suppliers.
S-1413 Requires BPU financial incentives for photovoltaic equipment for residences that are Energy Star compliant receive preferred treatment.
S-2466 Requires BPU to provide consumer information on third-party electric power and gas supplier pricing and services.
S-2467 Requires BPU to establish procedures allowing electric power and gas supplier customers to switch energy suppliers.
S-2468 Imposes contract standards between customers and third-party electric power and gas suppliers.
S-2534 Requires laboratory analysis of waste or material generated by hydraulic fracturing; requires DEP permit, and disclosure of plans, methods, or processes to treat, store, process, or dispose of such waste or material.
