Bills to boost New Jersey’s farm-to-school program dominate the agenda of the Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee at 2 p.m. today. A likely more controversial measure, involving licenses for the taking of Menhaden, shares the agenda.

Meeting at the same time one floor below, members of the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee will again take up the issue of requiring state buildings to be topped with green or blue roofs. Bills involving utility boil-water notices and DEP Superfund site recommendations also are up for discussions and votes.
