Requires water purveyors and owners of public wastewater collection or treatment systems to consider climate change-related issues in asset management planning.

Requires State and county hazard mitigation plans to include climate change-related threat assessments and hazard prevention and mitigation strategies.

Taliaferro/Tully/Downey
Requires DEP to consider potential impacts to natural resources when classifying dams according to hazard potential.

Houghtaling/Armato/Spearman
Requires DEP to prepare a report on confined aquifers.

A-5826
Freiman/Benson
Authorizes NJ Infrastructure Bank to guarantee local government bonds or provide other assistance for certain local redevelopment projects
